Ayodhya Verdict Latest News – Judgement Day for Ayodhya Controversy Video after 3:30 pm today

Posted: 29 Sep 2010 11:16 PM PDT

Ayodhya Verdict Latest News or Judgement Day for Ayodhya Controversy has been decided by Allahabad High Court after 3 pm today on September 30, 2010. All over india is awaiting for Ayodhya Verdict Latest News or Judgement Day for Ayodhya Controversy Video on Thursday today almost 18 years after the demolition of the Babri Masjid on December 6, 1992 that placed the country on a communal volcano which has periodically erupted from time to time.

At the end of the long-drawn judicial process stretching back to 1949, the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court will pronounce its verdict at 3.30pm on the Ayodhya title suits case — the first such order on the dispute. It may not resolve the row over whether a temple predated the mosque at the disputed site, but will certainly cast some light on the title claims. Today, individuals, parties and organizations who appealed for peace, hope the court verdict won’t lead to another eruption.

Given the emotive nature of the dispute, the Centre has cranked up its vigil, and has also goaded states vulnerable to communal tensions to do so. But there was also a hope that the moment will pass off without causing the sort of turbulence triggered by the Ram Janmabhoomi campaign and the Babri demolition.

The verdict in the Ram Janambhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute will decide whether the 2.7 acres of disputed land on which the Babri Masjid stood before it was demolished on December 6, 1992, belongs to the Sunni Central Waqf Board or to the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha.

The optimism stems chiefly from two factors: The issue has lost the potency it once had. It is also felt that while many of the partisans in the temple-mosque dispute have moved on, the youth have only a faint memory of the wrenching fight for the disputed site.

Seven Key Issues to Determine about this Ayodhya Verdict History

  1. Whether the disputed site was a ‘bhakt place’ of Bhagwan Ram
  2. Whether disputed structure was a mosque
  3. When was it built and by whom
  4. Whether mosque was built after demolishing Hindu temple
  5. Whether idols were placed in the night of Dec 22-23, 1949
  6. Whether the claim is time-barred
  7. What will be the status of disputed site – inner and courtyard

A thick security has been thrown on UP with paramilitary forces keeping an aerial vigil of sensitive places, including the disputed site in Ayodhya, even as the High Court, which would be pronouncing the verdict, has been declared a “no-access zone” restricting the entry to only those connected with the case listed today. The intelligence network is on high alert throughout the state to monitor movement and activities of anti-social elements.

As a preventive measure, aerial survey, including at night, of sensitive places, including Ram Janmbhoomi complex in Ayodhya has been done, police sources said, adding the force deployment has been such that it would take minimum time for them to reach any troubled spot.

Three dog squads, four bomb disposal squads, five anti-sabotage teams and fire tenders have also been deployed at strategic points in Ayodhya and Faizabad where a total of 20 companies (over 2000 personnel) of CRPF has been deployed for the inner security of the Ram Janmbhoomi complex, besides 38 other companies of police and PAC for the twin towns and 16 other companies for rural areas, police sources said.

In Lucknow, 20 companies of the CPMF, 30 officers and 900 special police officers have been deployed and the sale of liquor and firecrackers has been banned to check any overt display of victory or defeat.

Security Measures taken in India due to Ayodhya Verdict Judgement:

  • 1,90,000 security personnel in Uttar Pradesh
  • 19 places have been identified as “sensitive.”
  • Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh have been identified as trouble-prone.
  • Central forces would be 10 minutes away and on call with extensive deployment near sensitive spots.
  • India Air Force aircraft would be on standby to transport troops to eight places across the country.
  • Ban on bulk SMSes continues.
  • No pillion riders and parking not allowed near restricted sites in Delhi, Hyderabad.
