Though Tees Maar Khan got a huge opening and collected Rs 50 crore from its first week, the collection saw a heavy drop in the second weekend. This Friday's release Bhoot And Friends witnessed just 2-3% occupancy.

Tees Maar Khan fails to lure the masses and as a result its second weekend collection fell miserably. It collected just Rs 7.25 crore approx. As per reports, the drop from first weekend was around 80%. The film's ten-day total collection is approximately Rs 56.50 crore.

This Farah Khan film is likely to finish its second week with around Rs 60 crore approx. The distributor share will be of Rs 35 crore approx. The movie is not a flop because of its staggering opening collection. With its second weekend collection Tees Maar Khan is the sixth biggest grosser of 2010-11, but still the movie performed below expectations. Its business is disappointing for its makers.

Fans and friends can't think of a better gift to give to Yana Gupta.

For she was the one who got many eyeballs popped out of their sockets with her pantyless stunt at a charity event late last year. Quite fitting then that she got a box full of panties from fans as the Christmas gift.

"Thanks for all the boxes of panties I've got for Christmas. Now my New Year can start safely," Yana wrote on a microblogging site.

From the start, Yana has taken her pantyless stunt in light vein. First she boasted of being a 'no-panty' girl. Now, she's thanking for the panties and talking about starting 2011 'safely'.

Surya Grahan on January 4, 2011 is only partially visible in Northwestern parts of India – parts of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Time in India is from – 15:11:49 hrs to 15:52:02 hrs.

People of European cities such as Madrid (Spain), Paris (France), London (UK), Copenhagen (Denmark), etc. can view solar eclipse clearly at sunrise. Northern Sweden will view greatest eclipse at 08.50 UT. The people of Cairo (Egypt), Jerusalem (Israel), Istanbul (Turkey), and Tehran (Iran) will also see the partial solar eclipse clearly.

The path of the partial eclipse will begin when the penumbral shadow touches the Earth's surface in northern Algeria at 06:40:11 Universal Time (UT). The eclipse's path will travel northeast to Western Europe to be seen as a partial eclipse at sunrise for many European cities, while cities in central Russia and northwest China will experience a sunset eclipse.

Karnataka Panchayat Election Results 2011 ( KPE 2011 ) Live On tv9 kannada news channel

Karnataka Panchayat Election 2010 Result is available online on 4 January 2011.

Karnataka State Election Commission will publish results of Karnataka Zilla Panchayat (ZP) and Taluk Panchayat (TP) Election 2010 results online at www.karsec.gov.in. The Karnataka ZP and TP vote counting would take place on 4 January 2011.

The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is confident of doing well this time round. In the last elections the BJP had a much smaller base but this time the party feels it has the edge.

The first phase of the election in 12 districts was held on 26th December 2010. The 12 districts are: Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Ramanagaram, Chitradurga, Kolar, Chickballapur, Shimoga, Tumkur, Bidar, Bellary, Raichur and Yadgir.

In the pic, Mandira is dressed in a short skirt and is cupping her assets with her hands. Ironically, while talking about the clothes that don't work for her, Mandira tells the magazine: "Really short clothes, skinny jeans and drop waist dresses."

Shahid Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra to get engaged soon?

A new year and a new beginning for Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra as the couple is rumoured to be thinking of exchanging rings.

Well, it's true that Priyanka did not go to Chandigarh on Dec 31 to ring in 2011 with Shahid, who's been shooting dad's film Mausum there. Rather, we hear that it was Shahid who took a break from the film's shoot for a day and flew to Goa, where Piggy was with her parents.

Shasha and Piggy Chops reportedly partied the whole of New Year's eve away. In between Shasha also took out time to meet PC's parents over dinner, and if the rumour is to be believed, the talk of a formal engagement is already underway. If everything goes well, Priyanka and Shahid might be getting engaged soon.

The two have not yet admitted to the media that they are dating. Perhaps they've decided to be more open in the new year!

Tchau 2010! Hello 2011! =)

Eu vinha ensaiando esse post já há alguns dias. Na realidade, semanas. Pensando em tudo que eu teria pra dizer, pra agradecer, fotos pra mostrar. Eu começava e parava. Afinal, o que dizer de um dos anos mais importantes da minha vida...

Em 2010 nasceu o meu Giuseppe. O menino tão falado desde os tempos de namoro e que só veio completar a nossa família. Foi um susto, afinal, a gente ainda esperaria a Emanuella crescer mais um pouquinho pra encomendarmos o pequeno. Mas ele não quis saber de esperar e quando a irmã mal completou 1 aninho, ele já estava na minha barriga. Apesar da dificuldade de criar filhos tão próximos assim, apenas 1 ano e 8 meses de diferença, agora já conseguimos ver tudo de bom que isso traz tb. Eles já brincam juntos, são irmãos completamente apaixonados e o meu coração se derrete todo quando vejo os dois se olhando e sorrindo um pro outro. Deus, obrigada por ter nos dado tanta alegria e de ter completado a nossa família esse ano ;-) No more babies for me ok? rsss

Profissionalmente esse ano marcou a minha vida pra sempre. Um sonho realizado. Um sonho planejado e esperado já há algum tempo. Viver a vida da minha arte, da emoção e do amor das pessoas, da minha fotografia. Desde agosto desse ano eu não preciso mais pensar antes de responder quando me perguntam qual o meu trabalho. Agora eu posso dizer em alto e bom som: eu sou fotógrafa. Ponto. E com um mega sorriso nos lábios. Tive muito medo, muita coisa passava pela minha cabeça. Afinal, deixar um emprego estável no Consulado Britânico e deliciosas viagens a Londres não era nada fácil. Deixar colegas de trabalho queridos, uma língua que eu amava falar, ouvir e escrever todos os dias nos últimos 13 anos (nesses anos trabalhei na Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro, no British Council e no Consulado Britânico)...mas eu não podia estar mais feliz com tudo que me aconteceu nesse 2o semestre. Que por sinal superou todas as minhas expectativas e foi muito melhor do que eu poderia imaginar, nem no meu melhor sonho!

Obrigada a todos pelo apoio e um obrigada muito especial ao meu marido que acreditou em mim desde o primeiro dia. Que me deu muita força pra eu realizar o meu sonho. Sem essa força teria sido quase impossível. Obrigada também aos meus pais que me apoiaram sempre em todas as minhas decisões e nessa não foi diferente. Sempre me ajudando a ponderar, a ver as coisas com outros olhos mas sempre me dando força pra lutar pelos meus sonhos. Pai, mãe, amo vocês demais!

E que venha 2011! Um ano que promete e que já deu indícios de que será inesquecível! Novidades chegando, uma que em breve será revelada e tenho certeza que quem acompanha o meu trabalho vai adorar! Também teremos blog novo, logo novo...ih, tanta coisa! Quero desenvolver um novo estilo de blogar esse ano. Vamos ter muitos posts, mais curtos do que longos, mas muitos. Será meu primeiro ano inteiro como fotógrafa! Tenho tantas ideias, tantas coisas que quero colocar em prática...espero ter saúde pra trabalhar muito! Só isso que peço a Deus, saúde pra mim e pras pessoas que eu amo, pros meu filhos muuuuuita saúde! Porque sinceramente, não tenho o direito de pedir mais nada a Deus. Tenho tudo que preciso pra ser a pessoa mais feliz do mundo!

A seguir algumas das muitas imagens que preencheram a minha vida nesse ano de 2010. Algumas que já entraram no blog e outras que ainda vão entrar. Obrigada às famílias que me deixaram entrar em suas casas pra registrar o amor que existe entre elas. Poder fazer disso a minha profissão...não tem preço.

Ufa! Tive que escolher as fotos meio aleatoriamente...até pq é difícil escolher as preferidas. Foto pra caramba e olha que nem consegui colocar algumas fotos que fiz em dezembro e que ainda não tive tempo de editar. Mas acho que deu pra sentir como foi...
