IVF is most popularly known as test tube baby method. Its a method of assisted reproduction, a man’s sperm and the woman’s egg are combined in a laboratory dish, where fertilization occurs. The resulting embryo is then transferred to the woman’s uterus (called womb) to implant and develop naturally.


IVF is a major treatment in infertility when other methods of assisted reproductive technology have failed. The term in vitro, from the Latin root meaning within the glass, is used, because early biological experiments involving cultivation of tissues outside the living organism from which they came, were carried out in glass containers such as beakers, test tubes, or petri dishes.

IVF is usually the treatment of choice for a woman with blocked, severely damaged, or no fallopian tubes. IVF is also used to overcome infertility caused by endometriosis or problems with the man’s sperm (such as low sperm count).

Infertility is the inability of a couple to become pregnant and have a baby (regardless of cause) after 1 year of unprotected sexual intercourse using zero birth control methods.

The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2010 has been awarded to Robert G. Edwards “for the development of in vitro fertilization” yesterday.

India Australia test score 2010 Day 5 live at cricinfo

The battle on 4th day between the Team India and Australia ended with Australia on top. Now Indian team seems to be in terrible state at the end of day 4.

Day 5 will begin tomorrow and live score and updates for the same will regularly be followed as the result of the game is to arrive anytime as the target is either 161 runs away or 6 wickets away.


Australia has score 428 in their first innings and in second they succumbed to Indian bowling attack with Zaheer and Ishant Sharma claiming 3 wickets each which hit hard on the batting line-up and they managed only 192 runs.

India in first innings scored 405 runs and in second end till the end of day 4 India has made 55 for 4. All eyes are on master blaster’s performance and Dhoni strategy for the same. Zaheer and Sachin are on field at the end of day 4 and they will again bat from beginning of Day 5 to stand for their team.

Only hope India is having after Sachin is Dhoni as VVS Laxman is already injured who will appear at the tail end of the team batting lineup. India vs Australia (Ind vs Aus) 1st test day 4 live score updates

After the end of 4th day it was Australia who were on the top. Earlier today, till the second innings beginning of India, India were performing like a match winner. But as of a sudden India stumbled to Aussies bowl attack.


India were going great by bowling out the whole Australian team merely at a score of 192 runs. Four bowlers torn apart the whole structure of Australia from within.

But Australia were never behind, with their continuous and deadly pace attack they claims Indian top order and became the favorite till the end of the day.

Australia have made 428 & 192 runs in their two innings and India were 405 & 55/4 at the end of 17.0 overs at Day 4 end. Last day is remaining a lot of entertainment is expected from this match.

At day 5 in the first test match India only need 161 runs to win this game but on the other hand they have lost their gems like Sehwag, Dravid, Gambhir and Raina. Thanks to the wrong decision by the umpire against Gambhir that led the Indian team toppling down.
