Raiders defeated the chargers 35-27 – fans response

Just few minutes back, Oakland Raiders have smashed the chargers and gave them a huge setback. They defeated Chargers by 35-27.

Raiders beat chargers by 12-0, 3-17, 7-7, 13-3 and thus marking their victory.



Here we have fan’s response on this victory – Donyfox from twitter writes – I CAN’T belive the raiders won:( aww chargers. RAlvarez0329 tweets – Wow Chargers lose to the Raiders. At least we lost to a contending team. Then KC loses to Colts. I guess Denver didn’t lose today.

Dexter Season 5 episode 3 Practically perfect

The third episode of the season 5 of famous series Dexter will be aired today on October 10 2010. Fewh ours are remaining before this episode will be aired on TV.

In this episode Ellenor continues with the Donovan case, following up on the various leads to exonerate her client.



For Harrison, Dexter tries to hire a nanny so that he can continue his extracurricular activities. On the other hand, Debra is paired with other rookie detective on a double homicide and Quinn starts to piece together the similarities between Dexter and his alias, Kyle Butler, who is a suspect in the ongoing Trinity Killer investigation.

Season 5 episode 4 ha been titled as Beauty and the beast while for episode 5 its First Blood. EPisode 6 has been named Everything Is Illuminated.

Dexter is one of the most famous American television drama series that centers on Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a bloodstain pattern analyst for the Miami Metro Police Department, who moonlights as a serial killer.

Somdev Devvarman won gold medal in tennis men’s singles

Somdev Devvarman won the gold medal in men’s singles Tennis at Commonwealth games in New Delhi today. He defeated Greg Jones of Australia in this game and claimed the victory.

Somdev beat Greg Jones by 6-4, 6-2 in finals at R.K Khanna Tennis Stadium today. And he broke the Australia’s monopoly on Gold medals in tennis men’s singles.



After the victory he told to the reporters that – “People underestimate how tough it is to get a gold medal. I worked really hard this week. I am really happy”.

Australia has already won almost all gold medals in tennis like Women’s Singles, Women’s Doubles and Men’s Doubles Gold medals. And this victory really came as a shock to them.

Indian star Sania Mirza already had lost a game to Australian Rodionova earlier. So this victory came as a big relief for Indian tennis side as top notch players haven’t performed as per expectations.

Local body elections 2010 results of New Zealand

Voting for the local body elections has closed for now and results have started coming. SO here we have some of the results of the local body elections 2010 for New Zealand.

Brown has 221,365 votes and John Banks has 161,167 vots, so Len Brown wins Auckland Super City race for Mayor. For Christchurch Bob Parker has the majority.



Maureen Pugh wins the Mayoral race for Westland District. Tim Shadbolt wins the Invercargill Mayoral Race. Roly Ellis is leading in Tararua District .

With 12,500 votes, Julie Hardaker has won the Hamilton Mayor seat, For Napier, it will be again Barbara Arnott.

Winston Gray has won from Kaikoura District, Tony Kokshoorn has won the Grey District Mayoral Race, Morris Cutforth may be the new mayor of Whangarei District. Aldo Miccio won mayor race for Nelson.

David Ayers will be the new mayor for The Waimakariri District, Kevin Winters will remain as Rotorua’s mayor., Lawrence Yule is back as the mayor of Hastings., Meng Foon will again be the mayor of Gisborne,Tracy Hicks is Gore District’s Mayor, Angus McKay is the new Ashburton mayor, Neil Volzke is now the Stratford District Mayor, Chalky Leary has been elected as Rangitikei District mayor.

The Clutha District Council will be led by new mayor for South Otago, Balclutha businessman Brian Cadogan, Ross Dunlop has been elected as South Taranaki District mayor.

2nd test Day 2 live score of India vs Australia match
