GOP-Controlled House Will Open Congress With Reading of The Constitution Posted: 30 Dec 2010 05:50 AM PST I think it is a good idea. Separately, it may be a bit of a slight toward the Democrats. Why stop at once? You could start every week with a reading. The Constitution is not a long document.
