Action Replayy targeted by Eros Worldwide to recover dues from producer Vipul Shah Posted: 02 Nov 2010 10:53 AM PDT Action Replayy The movie Action Replayy starring Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai, very much on the verge of release is running into a mess as Eros is targeting it and trying to stall its release in a bid to get matters straight with the producer Vipul Shah from whom it has to recover Rs. 6.56 Crore which is the total amount the Shah owes to the Dubai based company along with the interest. Just a week in the run up to the release of the movie and Eros Worldwide has struck Shah on the wrong foot. They have filed a legal complaint against him and the producer is supposed to reply to the suit on Nov. 4th just a day before the film Action Replayy is to be released all over India. With 2 days allotted to them by the Justice JH Bhatia who is hearing the case and the Eros is claiming to have lent Vipul Shah a sum of Rs6.37 crore through 2 agreements on October 24 and October 26 last year and the total amount the Shah is now supposedly owing to them is Rs6.56 crore with interest. The company is asking for a payment of the full amount in the court or instead asking for a restraining order on the release of the film Action Replayy. The condition is also such that the producer must not be allowed to give prints, exhibit the movie or deliver to a third party and nor be allowed to create third party rights in the title or interest with respect to this film. Shah however pleaded to have been facing a financial crisis since the release of the somewhat low profitable venture "London Dreams" and is being hogged by creditors, financiers, distributors and exhibitors who had loaned him in the past. As of now the situation looks grim and the film is being targeted y Eros Worldwide only to get Vipul Shah down on his knees and take advantage of the situation since the movie is all set to go on the floor and its Diwali time which is considered to be a good time for the business and Vipul would not want the film to be stalled at this stage. [Video] Bigg Boss 4 Day 29: A Roundup Housemates Become Puppies and Caretakers Posted: 02 Nov 2010 10:34 AM PDT Bigg Boss4 Sara is found by Shweta in Shweta's bed when she goes inside from garden to take her blanket. She is exhilarated, and excited. She comes out and tells Sameer in the garden and they discuss about the lights. Probably that is why Bigg Boss had put on the lights to welcome Sara in the House. Shweta tells Sameer that it means Sara was inside the House somewhere and was not actually evicted. Click here for Big boss4 Tonight Episode. Ashmit is told in the morning by Sameer that Sara is back. When everybody wakes up they get surprised by seeing Sara. Sara says she has matured up, she has changed in three days and can't believe whatever she has seen in last three days. She thanked Bigg Boss that he gave her this opportunity. She says sorry to Dolly about her statement she made. She goes back to Dolly and kisses her and tells her to give her the pancake that is left in the kitchen. She tells Veena that she has found out her secret prominently. Veena is shocked. Aanchal (Malai) and Rahul are in a big game, she is your only when in front of you – Sara tells to Ashmit and Hrishant. Sara tells further that Aanchal is a big plotter in the House and she is not anybody's good friend in the House. Six persons Khali, Veena, Manoj, Dolly, Rahul and Sara have to become puppies and rest have to become caretakers as per the instructions from Bigg Boss. Puppies can select a caretaker of their own choice but two puppies will go to one caretaker as there are only five caretakers and six puppies. Each puppy will be provided with a bone. Puppies are given their makeover dress. Khali selects Shweta as caretaker, Veena and Sara select Hrishtan, Dolly selects Seema, Manoj selects Sameer, Dolly selects Aanchal and Rahul selects Ashmit Dolly says she doesn't like white puppy. Shweta names Khali as Taboo. Caretakers have to bathe their puppies. Each puppy has a bowl in the garden for breakfast. Shweta feeds her puppy Khali. Shweta tells her male puppy Khali to not look at the female puppies Sara and Veena as they can attract anyone towards them especially Veena is a magician puppy. Veena tells Shweta that she should not talk to her the way she is talking. Dolly provokes Veena to discuss with Shweta why she called her a magician girl. Dolly tells Ashmit, Hrishant, Veena and Sara about Shweta's previous scarf story. Veena says Shweta doesn't do anything in the House except just sweeping the House once everyday. Makhi Sameer Suri, Mirchi Shweta Tiwari and Laddoo Sara Khan are the names given by Hrishant to some of the housemates. Veena and Shweta discuss about Shweta calling Veena  'jadoogarni' that can seduce any boy.  Veena says she knows she is beautiful and everybody gets attracted to her. She is telling politely to Shweta to mind her language in future. Hrishant also did not feel about anyone else commenting on his puppies. Veena said she knows how to attack someone. Ashmit and Sara are discussing in the garden about Veena. Sara says Veena is madly in love with Hrishant and had asked for her help but Sara said she prefers to discuss it with Pops. They both call Hrishant there. Ashmit asks Hrishant who is lying in his heart. Hrishant clearly say that Veena is a sweet girl but he is not at all bent over her and has no intentions too. Tobi vs Terry (Khali vs Sara) have a game to bring toys in their mouth and put in the basket. It was close in speed size and skill as per Ashmit and the winner is Tobi. Next is Bunny (Manoj) and Dolly's competition. And the winner is Sameer Soni's Bunny. Next round is between Rahul and Veena and the winner is  Veena. Veena says Hrishant is a donkey and he doesn't understand any hints she is giving to him. She says she wants to have a friend in Hrishant and not thinking about him for a relationship but is open for it later after friendship happens. She says she doesn't thinks Hrishant is not interested in her. She admits that she likes Hrishant. Shweta goes to confession room as called by Bigg Boss to ask her about the atmosphere in the House. She says after Dolly has entered the House, unnecessary rules are being made in the House by Dolly and Shweta doesn't revolts or argue because Dolly speaks dirty language and starts fighting. Bigg Boss says there is no place for violence in the House. Shweta asks Bigg Boss that if she feels something is wrong and she doesn't want to accept it, what she should do? She said she feels so lonely in the House. She doesn't get any proper reply from Bigg Boss. Shweta tells Sameer, Seema and Manoj that she has got lot of energy after talking to Bigg Boss and his rules are supreme. So be yourself, if you want to scream aloud, do it.  Ashmit and Veena are again found alone quite close to each other. Are they both making fool of Sara. Sara and Dolly see Ashmit and Veena arms in arms. Dolly and Sara go inside the House. Veena gets emotional with Ashmit. They keep sitting outside the House in the garden area, alone and quote close to each other. Ashmit asks her why is she crying?  She says – who is Sara to come in between her and Ashmit. Ashmit says she is my daughter. Veena says but not mine. They both are sitting together in a blanket near the pool taking care of the Diyas in the pool. Veena sleeps almost over Ashmit inside the blanket. And then there is a killer kiss that Veena is going to mark on Ashmit's face – but where on the face? Keep guessing.

Bigg Boss 4: Sara to face the reality now when Ali Merchant enters as guest Posted: 02 Nov 2010 05:15 AM PDT With Sara tearing photos of her with beau Ali Merchant of 3 years in Bigg Boss saying he was not all that good and endearing, its time for her to face him now when he gets to clear the air entering the house as a guest. Ali is trying to clear it all face-to-face with her saying that he has always loved her and the showing off that was on display between Sara and Ashmit that he had to endure complete with Good-night kisses is all set to get discussed. Sara who has been watching the action from a secret room all the while is now re-entering the house and its bound to invite some sharp reactions from the housemates. She has a flurry of surprises lined up for her as her beau of 3 years Ali Merchant is getting to enter the house as a guest on requesting the Bigg Boss to get the matter sorted. Ali had to watch her girl getting close to Ashmit Patel and also the allegations she raised, now she will have to answer his questions because Ali finally came out in the open to solve this mess by asking for a chance to put forward his side of the story. Dhanteras 2010 Is For Prosperity In Life Posted: 02 Nov 2010 04:15 AM PDT Dhan trayodashi or Dhavantari Trayodasi is also known as Dhanteras, a well celebrated festival in India. It does not fall on a fixed date but occurs in a fixed pattern as per Hindu calendar. It comes on the thirteenth day of the Krishna Paksha of Kartik month in Hindi Calendar. The Shukla Paksha and Krishna Paksha are the two halves of a month coming in rotation in every month. [Click Here for Dhanteras SMS] The date for this festival in the year 2010 is 3rd November. This is also known as the first day of the 5-day Diwali celebrations. Otherwise to take it more simply it comes two days before the main Diwali event day. The occasion of this festival is to remember Goddess Dhanalakshmi for the purpose of getting a fulfilment of wealth, success and happiness in life. Businessmen usually on this day start with a special set of tasks. They clean their office, shop or the business place and decorate it accordingly. A proper whitewash and exhaustive cleaning before hand is also done. Readymade decoration items are though available in the market but people prefer to make their own decorations in way of Rangolis. Rangoli is also known as Mugguli or Alpana at some places. Goddess Dhanalakshmi or Lakshmi is known to shower prosperity in one's life. People decorate and make Lakshmi's footprints on sand or with the help of clay. Diyas are lighted and burnt for the whole day and night for the purpose of getting light, brightness, money, happiness and prosperity in life. A purchase especially a utensil made of silver or steel is done by most of the people to bring prosperity and happiness. A proper Puja or prayer is performed in the evening hours by chanting proper mantras.

Bigg Boss 4: Day 29 Forecast: Shock For Sara Posted: 02 Nov 2010 03:36 AM PDT Sara Khan had lot of surprises in the previous episodes of Bigg Boss Season 4. She has been seen most attached to Ashmit Patel inside the House right from the beginning. Her first shock was when Salman Khan on a weekend asked Ashmit that if given a chance to Ashmit whom would he select to take out for a date among the inmates of the House. Ashmit's reply was not only astonishing for Sara but also to the housemates and Salman himself. Ashmit replied that if given a change to take a lady from the House for a date, he would prefer to take Aanchal. In fact that was a bit surprising for Aanchal too. When Salman asked Ashmit why Aanchal, he replied that Aanchal is nicknamed as 'malai mar ke' and he likes malai very much. Salman further asked him – why not Sara? And Ashmit's reply was that Sara is like his daughter and she also call him Pops in the House. Another day Salman asked Ashmit again who would he like to take for date today and his reply was Veena. That was quite embarrassing for Sara. And three days back when Sara was evicted by Bigg Boss but not actually evicted, she was sent to the secret room of the House without anybody in the House knowing about it but she could see everyone's activities. She witnessed some shocks again when a task was given to the housemates to take care of the diyas in the garden whole night in a group of two, turn by turn. When it was the turn of Ashmit and Veena during the early morning hours when all other were deep asleep inside, Ashmit was found too close to Veena having his head on her shoulder and her finger moving across his hair and hiding her face in his hair. Two days later on Day 28, before Sara was told by Bigg Boss to go inside the House when all are asleep, she witnessed some more hugging between Veena and Ashmit. Sara has entered the Bigg Boss House in the late hours of Day 28 and in the morning of Day 29 which is today, everyone will definitely be surprised to see her back. And what will happen when Ashmit comes to know that she was able to see all his love scenes from the sercret room. Sara has a bigger shock in store for her from Bigg Boss today. Her ex boyfriend Ali Merchant will enter the House today. The recording of entry has been done and if he is does not appear in the House today i.e. in Day 29 then by all means he will be shown in Day 30 that is tomorrow. Though Sara has shared inside the House earlier that she is not having a good time with Ali and they might soon be separate. But as such no indications of this sort have been sent by Ali.

Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey actor Abhishek Bacchan plays a joke on wife Aishwarya Posted: 01 Nov 2010 11:49 PM PDT Abhishek Bachchan is a true prankster and he proved this to even his beautiful wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Since nobody can tell when Abhishek comes up with his funny streak therefore even his wife dear who has been with him since the past three years could not understand what Abhi was up to when he played a joke on Aishwarya. Abhishek and Aish were out together for the audio release of Abhi's upcoming flick Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey last week at Renaissance during which husband dear shocked the pretty Aishwarya by a sudden move. The prank was absolutely something that Aish won't forget all her life time. It goes like this that while Aishwarya was roaming around the lobby of the venue, Abhishek out of the blue joined her and led her to a place that Aish would have never been to before ever. Abhi kept Aish distracted with his words and in the mean time took her towards the men's loo. Aish did not understand what was happening but her realization of the place came when Abhi led her through the door almost inside the loo while the men in and outside the loo began laughing amusedly. The realization that Aishwarya stood in the men's loo makes her laugh and chuckle with naughtiness. Now this must have been a really embarrassing prank for the lovely lady who just turned 37 yesterday that was the 1st of November. The most surprising thing about this prank was that Ranvir Shorey had also done the same thing with Pooja Bhatt at the same place when both were together.

The eternal badshah of romance has his birthday this very day and if legends are to be taken into consideration, those who are born on the second day of the month of November areachievers in their own right. Some have graced the posts of Police officers, Advertising executives and Army officers while others have found much famein offbeat career choices like Magician and Journalism too. This year however the celebrationa re going to be low-key since the very good friend who hasn't missed a single birthday of Shahrukh's for the past 15 years is ill and has even left SRK high and dry dealing with the press and other commitments to be handled in Rome. The unstoppable star did double the media apperances and interviews all alone in Rome despite being tired and jetlagged where the special screening of his film My Name is Khan was scheduled for Rome International film Festival, without Karan Johar as the director had suddenly been diagnosed ill with malaria. Currently Shahrukh is in Berlin after attending the screening of My Name is Khan at Rome sans Karan with his son Aryan and nephew for company. Vijay Singh the CEO of Fox-Star Studio is all praises for the sleepless superstar who did not let them make any cancellations and went ahead doing the interviews as Johar couldn't make it. The celebrations may be kept down in Karan's absence though its his special day and good wishes are poring in. Happy Birthday Shah!
