Samuel Koch nearly died from a horrific faceplant. Fans of Justin Bieber, who was expected to perform on the show, have the hashtag #PrayforSamuel as a trending topic on Twitter.
Koch is currently hospitalized and the ZDF TV network will release a statement on his condition later today.
