Service Mechanics:

The quiz mechanism consists of multiple choice questions where participants should answer in order to gather points and increase their possibilities to become a winner. All points will be accumulated during the campaign for the final draw/grand prize.

Every correct answer awards 20 points for the prizes
Every incorrect answer awards 10 points
Every invalid answer gives 5 points
Various bonus mechanisms give the chance to the participant to win more points

Service Eligibility Criteria & Rules:

Daily draw: All participants who have sent at least 1 SMS on a specific day enter that day's draw with all the collected points gathered from the beginning of the campaign until the time of the draw.
Monthly draw: All participants who have sent at least 1 SMS during the specific month enter that Month's draw with all the collected points gathered from the beginning of the campaign until the time of the draw.
Grand Prize draw: All participants who have participated in the campaign are eligible to enter the draw for the grand prize with all their accumulated points. This includes the winning participants of daily/monthly draws as well.
The users will have lucky draw entries based on their points, which means if a user has 100 points he will have 100 entries in the lucky draw.
The due lucky draw of that particular day will be held at 11:59 PM. The names of the winners will be published on Mobilink World Website after every 3rd working day.
One particular user cannot win two similar cash prizes during the campaign. For example, same customer cannot win daily prize twice. However these winners will be eligible for the other draws i.e., daily winners will be eligible for monthly draws & the Grand Prize draw ,similarly monthly winners will be eligible for daily draws & the Grand Prize draw. Users who have won neither daily nor monthly prizes shall also be eligible for the Grand Prize draw.

Terms & Conditions:

Samsung Electronics is bringing a range of exciting sports activities at the Punjab Stadium-Lahore, from the 24^th to 26^th of October, 2010.

This extravaganza of sports and athletics is titled as the "71^st Samsung Punjab Olympics".

Out of the 26 competitive events planned during the 71^st Samsung Punjab Olympics, 18 events will feature sportsmen and 8 events will feature female competitors. Hundreds of well trained athletes hailing from eight different zones of the Punjab province will be participating in these games to win popularity and valuable prizes.

Telenor Pakistan has established its own VSAT network to continue to provide uninterrupted and high quality services to its customers,

One of the country’s largest, this satellite-based network will provide connectivity for GSM traffic in areas where microwave or optical fiber is unavailable.

It has been designed to remain least affected by natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods, thus allowing for uninterrupted communication services to customers.

A delegation of CBA workers union of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) led by the Secretary General Lala Muhammad Hanif held a meeting with the Federal Minister for Privatization Senator Waqar Ahmed Khan.

The PTCL CBA Workers Union gave three names of their office bearers for the establishment of PTCL Benazir Employees Stock Option Scheme (BESOS) Trust. The names include Mr. Muhammad Waseem Minhas Senior Vice President, Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Senior Vice President-2 and Sardar Aurangzeb Vice President. The Privatisation Commission (PC) formed the PTCL UFONE BESOS Trust and got it registered today.

The delegation termed the free of cost distribution of 12 % GoP shares under Benazir Employees Stock Option Scheme (BESOS) as a 'revolutionary step' of the present government and expressed that the sense of ownership in the company would make them more responsible to work uninterruptedly and make the entity more profitable as the recipients of shares unit certificate would also be eligible to get due dividend.

The delegation expressed their gratitude to Senator Waqar Ahmed Khan for extending his cooperation for the implementation of the scheme and assured the Minister that the scheme would improve the relations between the management and the employees in the larger interest of the company and the nation.

Senator Waqar Ahmed Khan said the BESOS scheme approved by the Federal Cabinet covers employees of 80 State Owned Entities (SOEs), which has been envisaged in accordance with the vision of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto – who always attached great importance to the uplift and empowerment of the workers. The President Asif Ali Zardari and the Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani also are determined to make the workers as owners of their respective entities, he added.

The Minister directed the Privatisation Commission (PC) officials to get the PTCL and other entities "trust" registered at the earliest to transmit the benefits of the scheme to the workers without any further delay. So far, 39 BESOS Trusts have been registered under BESOS. The establishment of BESOS Trust in Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation (PSMC) and Pakistan Steel Fabrication (PSF) are at final stage while Trusts in the remaining organisations are under process.
