In Philadelphia you can get 1 high-end bottle of artisanal olive oil for just $25 from Olio Taibi.

On a local note:

Columbus’s deal for today is 4 laser hair removal treatments at Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery for just $99.

In Seattle you can get a 1-day admission to the Seattle Aquarium for just $10.

View all of these offers and more here.

Groupon Girl also does a great round up on her site here.

Please note that you can purchase deals in any city. Just be sure to read the fine print to see if the in-store Groupons are limited to a specific store. Online deals tend to be available all over the country – for example, you can buy The Nutty Guys Groupon in any city and use it for yourself because it is for their website. Leave a comment if you have any questions and I’ll do my best to help!

Amazon.com Friday Sale: Select Keurig K-Cups $10-$12

Posted: 07 Jan 2011 05:25 AM PST

Did you get a Keurig for Christmas? Today only (1/7/10), select K-Cups are part of the Amazon Friday Sale. I see 24 pk Gingerbread and Spciy Eggnog K-Cups for $10, plus a few other 24 pks marked down to $12.

If you are having a hard time finding a K-Cup that you like, or if you have a favorite coffee that they don’t make in K-Cup form, check out the Keurig My K-Cup Filter. My husband got one of these from his mom for Christmas, and now he can brew his favorite Dunkin Donuts coffee in our Keurig.

Thanks, Bargain Briana!

It’s Mega Swag Bucks Day!

Posted: 07 Jan 2011 05:00 AM PST

Today is Friday which means it is Mega Swag Bucks Day! That means Swag Bucks is giving away upwards of 400,000 Swag Bucks today – and you can earn anywhere from 30-1000 for one search.

What are Swag Bucks, exactly? They are electronic bucks that you earn for searching the web – something that most of us do every day right? You can then redeem these for items such as Amazon.com gift cards, Starbucks gift cards, Southwest Airlines credits plus more. Further increase your chances of earning bucks by referring friends, using the Swag Bucks toolbar, following the Swag Bucks Twitter stream, and reading the Swag Bucks Facebook page and blog.

I have been using Swag Bucks for awhile now, and I love them! My favorite items to save for are Amazon and Starbucks gift cards, and Southwest Airline vouchers.

If you aren’t already using Swag Bucks, learn more and sign up here.

ACE Hardware: GE Energy Smart CFL Bulbs – $1 Each!

Posted: 06 Jan 2011 07:52 PM PST

If you have an Ace Hardware near you they have a great sale going on this week on CFL bulbs.  Through January 10, 2011 you can get a GE 13 watt Energy Smart Light Bulb for just $1.  13 watts is equivalent to a 60 watt incandescent bulb and should last 5 years.

The ad says 5 for $5, but when I asked at my Ace Hardware today they said you do not have to buy 5 to get the $1 price.   This is a 74% savings over the regular price and as an added bonus will reduce your electric bill too.

Find out what else is on sale at ACE Hardware this week here.
