SEC Names Stephen Cohen Associate Director in Enforcement Division Posted: 20 Dec 2010 04:21 AM PST The SEC has appointed Stephen L. Cohen as an Associate Director of the Division of Enforcement. Cohen fills the Associate Director position previously held by Christopher Conte, who left the agency in September. Cohen joined the SEC as an Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel in the Division of Enforcement in 2004. He has spent the past two years as Senior Advisor to SEC Chairman Mary Schapiro. Previously, Cohen was an associate with law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner in Washington, D.C. |
