Thomas Finn and Paula Cruz Cedillo Join McCarter & English in Hartford Posted: 18 Jan 2011 01:00 PM PST Thomas J. Finn and Paula Cruz Cedillo have joined law firm McCarter & English as partners in the firm’s Hartford office.  The firm announced last week that Finn and Cedillo have joined its Business and Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. Finn and Cedillo focus their practices on securities litigation, white collar criminal defense matters and complex commercial litigation.
