Miami-Dade: Seeking Student Applications for 8th Annual Public Service Announcement!

The Miami-Dade Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), the agency responsible for transportation planning in Miami-Dade County, is holding its 8th Annual PSA Contest that attracts applicants from High Schools and colleges throughout Miami-Dade County.

This year, students are being given the opportunity to create a 30-second PSA to inform citizens about the benefits of the Miami-Dade Transit’ Bike & Ride program. Each winner will be officially recognized by the MPO Governing Board and their PSA will be aired on local municipal access television channels.

When: Contest Entry Applications are due Friday, February 4, 2011 (PSA are due April 8th)
